You can share a whole chat or a single reply from ZeroTwo as a link. Anyone who opens the link must be signed in to ZeroTwo, and they see a read-only copy. To share pages, slide decks or spaces with specific people instead, see Collaborate in Space.
Share a chat
-
Open sharing
Choose Share in the chat's top bar, or Share from the top bar's More options menu or the chat's row menu in the sidebar. On a phone-sized screen, use one of the menus.
-
Copy the link
The link is created as soon as the dialog opens. Choose Copy link, or post it with the X, LinkedIn or Reddit buttons. If copying fails, select the link in the Share link box or choose Retry.
The dialog previews the latest question and answer. A shared chat is live: messages you add later also appear for people who open the link. Chats inside a project can only be shared by people allowed to share that project.
Share a single reply
Point at a reply from ZeroTwo and choose the share icon (Share message) under it. The dialog works the same way but shares only that reply. The icon is not shown for agent runs, and you can hide it with your message icon preferences in Settings.
What people with the link see
The shared page shows the chat or reply read-only, with its title and who shared it. A viewer can type in Reply to start your own chat to continue in a new chat of their own; the original chat is never changed. If a link has been deleted, the page says the chat or message is no longer available.
Manage and delete shared links
Go to Settings > Data Controls > Shared Links and choose Manage. The list shows each link's name, type (Chat, Image, File or Post) and the date it was shared. Use the trash button to delete one link, or Delete all shared links to remove them all. Deleting a link stops it from working but does not delete the original chat or file.
The shared page has no report button. To report a shared link, copy its address, open Help and what's new at the bottom of the sidebar, choose Help > Support, and send the link with a note on what is wrong.
